BBB Cycling - Helmet Design

Dutch cycling company BBB commissioned a group of 7 TU Delft Integrated Product Design master students to “Design a helmet for road cyclists which improves safety by protecting against high speed, low speed and rotational acceleration impact, while still remaining well ventilated, comfortable, attractive and feasible. Moreover, head coverage should be increased to cover more sensitive parts of the head.” This page shows the process of the semester-long project.
